At LaserCare Eye Center, we offer straightforward and upfront Laser Vision Correction pricing. No gimmicks or switches. Like Dr. Bill Boothe, we aim to bring the lowest legitimate prices in DFW. We are the HOME of LASIK surgery fee starting at $250 per eye*. How can you get this price?
Step 1:
Call 214 328-0444 to schedule a Free LASIK Consult. If you have healthy eyes and have never had any eye surgery, call for a Free LASIK Consult. If you have had an eye surgery before, eye injury or have an eye disease, we offer a competitively priced Medical evaluation instead.
Step 2:
Schedule a Pre-op exam. You will need to pay a Pre-operative fee that covers a Pre-op exam, testing and your post-op kit. This fee is nonrefundable.
Same Day Consult and Pre-op: If time is important and you are “ready to go”, we will be happy to do your free LASIK consult and Pre-op exam on the same day.
Step 3:
Competitive Surgery pricing: There is no need to price shop. Our LASIK procedure fee ranges from a super low $250 per eye* to $2599* per eye depending on your Prescription, Aftercare Package and Technology upgrades**. The LASIK procedure fee is refundable if you decide not to have surgery.
We are LIT (Leaders in technology)! Beware of $250 or $299 are “Bait and switch”. Some centers will only offer surgery at that price for BLADE LASIK or PRK. We offer LASIK with the latest technology. If your prescription qualifies, we will do Custom “All laser” LASIK for as low as $250 per eye*. We were the first private practice to bring IDesign Custom Wavefront guided laser treatments to North Texas. We were the first practice to bring SMILE Vision Correction to North Texas.

Our Price Match Guarantee: We have good reason to believe our Surgery prices are some of the lowest, legitimate LASIK prices in DFW. We believe this so much, that we offer a Price Match Guarantee like Dr. Bill Boothe did. If you find a lower LASIK procedure fee from a legitimate LASIK surgery provider in the DFW metroplex, bring it to us in writing within 7 business days and we will do our best to match it, provided it provides similar Aftercare Package*** and uses equivalent technology.**** Remember: If a LASIK procedure fee sounds too good to be true, it will either be performed with older technology or you are about to experience the “bait and switch” game.
Step 4:
Select an Aftercare Assurance Package***. After Laser Vision Correction, you will want to protect your investment in your eyes in case you need an enhancement procedure in the future. We offer 4 plans:
Executive Platinum: 2-year Global Follow-up Eligible for PEP
Platinum: 1-year Global Follow-up Eligible for PEP
Gold: 90-day Global Follow-up Not Eligible for PEP
Silver: 30-day Global Follow-up Not Eligible for PEP
We don’t offer gimmicky “lifetime” guarantees. FYI: “Lifetime” guarantees are worthless when the doctor stops practicing and you are left with a worthless piece of paper. We offer 2 common-sense Aftercare plans to ensure your vision is taken care of for years to come and you pay no more than can be assured.
The Initial Enhancement plan (IEP) is included for all Aftercare packages for a limited time.
What is PEP?
PEP is our groundbreaking Perpetual Enhancement Plan. We offer it exclusively with Platinum and Executive Platinum packages. If you sign up for PEP, you will eligible for discounted Laser Vision Correction for as long as you want, provided you return for an annual dilated eye exam at LaserCare Eye Center once a year.
Step 5:
Schedule your surgery: Like Dr. Bill Boothe, we are all about offering you LASIK surgery at time that is convenient for you. We understand that you have Work, School and a life.
The home of 6-day LASIK: We offer LASIK early morning surgeries and late evening surgeries every week. We offer Saturday surgeries 2 weeks a month.
We specialize in people with busy schedules. We offer LASIK to many executives, out of town patients, out of state patients and even international patients. Call us and we will try to work some magic for you. If you are travelling from out of town, please click here.
*$250 per eye price applies to patients with no prior eye surgery and with qualifying insurance receiving a treatment of up to -1.00 Diopter of sphere with up to +0.50 Diopter of astigmatism (prescription in plus cylinder only) performed with no technology upgrades (Monovision, SMILE and PRK are excluded) but using our most basic offered excimer treatment with a Gold Aftercare plan. Prices range from $250 to $2599 per eye depending on Prescription, Technology upgrade and Aftercare. Prices do not include the pre-op fee, punctal plugs or any other testing or exam recommended. Prices cannot be combined with any other specials, discounts, Groupon, Comanagement, insurance or vision plans. Prices subject to change without notice. **Technology upgrades including Monovision, PRK, SMILE may incur additional charges or mandatory enrollment in a higher tier Aftercare Package. The final decision about technology used is made by the LCEC Surgeon. ***Purchase of an aftercare Package required. ****Similar technology: Visumax Femtosecond laser for SMILE, LASIK flap with either Visumax or Intralase FS laser and Custom LASIK must be with an Aberrometer (comparable to IDesign) for true custom guided LASIK and Custom Wavefront optimized LASIK must be with a newer generation excimer laser. We will not match prices for LASEK, PRK, blade-LASIK or any form of Laser Vision Correction that does not require use of a Femtosecond laser. ***** Enhancements require payment of a pre-op fee and a copay.
